  1. It is a recipe that works really try and see.
In 24 hours or sooner, you have the relief of infections of the paranasal sinuses.
My husband uses this technique to avoid when bronchitis, he gets a sinus infection, and use it to cure infections of the sinuses. There are many types of bacteria that live in the sinuses, which gets rid of all bad!. This is the only thing that really helped me, my --- Dr. told me about a sinus wash to kill the bacteria.
    You must

    distilled water
    Salt
Liquid chlorophyll and colloidal silver in the health food store.
in a mixing glass 1 / 4 cup water with a pinch of salt and heat to body temperature.
5 drops each silver and chlorophyll and mix.
with a pipette size (as a drug for children) Drop 2 Full droppersfull used on one side of the nose while laying down.
Turn your head and emptied the other nostril. Make sure paper towels. or simply with a Neti pot, I like that better.
Silver kills bacteria, and there are several hundred species, can live in the Sinus cons caries and antibiotics did not go by all.
To do this twice a day for one week, stirring the mixture every time.
Then once a week for doing maintenance.
There is nothing that hurts you, and heal me.
Do not take Claritin or antibiotics.
    best wishes

  2. Yes, you can buy into this Walgreens and CVS. I love my sinus rinse. I feel much better after you're done. It's disgusting, of course, but there is no relief for long traffic jams, after he no longer cares truly disgusting "in" effect.

It does not hurt at all.

The simplest thing, the starter kit from Neil Med to buy bottle and pre-measured packets. In this way, you can hot water, oil in the bag, shake (the bottle to cover the hole, to understand) and then in the city!

Side note: I have both in the sink and shower. I prefer it in the sink, because not all water which is lost if you decide to keep open to let them, while rinsing.

  3. I used to wash a severe allergy, but with a sinus made a big difference. Hayfever, if I was really bad in August. I have two recipes, but I swear that if you just rinse, I think it would be cool! lol

NeilMed ago. I saw it at Walgreens. Rinsing is a very strange feeling (like jumping in the deep part of the pool and get water) into the nose, but is generally very sweet when you're done. Make sure you warm (not hot). In addition, distilled water, do not give so much chlorine, the pool and feel.

  4. I noticed that with a picture of the water with a mixture of salt water that works, you find a recipe online and rinse your breasts in a low pressure often, at least for a while. My friend and I use this method. Hope this helps. :)
